EMERGENCY CASH PROGRAM

Receive up to $500.00 in emergency cash
If your are a Good Life Network Member and your credit cards become lost or stolen while you are 100 miles or more away from home, you will not find yourself stranded without cash. Once you have registered your credit cards with the agency, subject to credit approval you will be eligible to receive up to $500.00 in emergency cash. The amount of the Emergency Cash will be billed to you through the registered credit card of your choice and treated as a purchase. Just remember you can be anywhere in the United States as long as it is 100 miles or more away from your home and you must have enough available credit on your account to cover the amount of the Emergency Cash requested. WHATS THE CATCH?

At busy times when tables are typically fully-booked there may be a nominal fee for prime reservations. Our partner restaurants have exclusively allocated tables to us during this time in order to grant our members the privilege of these special reservation times.
A limited few restaurants are actually not available at certain times.
Some restaurants offer specials for our members but these may be restricted to specific days or times. These offers range from free valet parking to prix-fixe menus and discounts.
If the customer fails to arrive at the restaurant within fifteen minutes of the reservation time they may be considered a "No-Show". The restaurant will not honor the discount and may not be able to honor the reservation. There are no refunds for “no shows”.

Capped Hourly Rate

Should your specific matter go beyond our free and discounted services our Family Legal Club attorneys have contracted to never charge more than our amazingly low $75.00 hourly rate for legal care. No competitor in the nation can make this claim or match us. This is where the real savings take place. After the free letters, calls and consultations, members and their attorneys will have to decide what course of action to take next. In most cases members hopefully will be able to have their matters handled without needing further assistance but in some instances a member may require further assistance or perhaps even legal action may ensue. This is the point in time that the attorneys charge the $75.00 hourly rate for legal care.

Discount on Contingency Based Cases

If you should require an attorney to represent you in a contingency matter, the contingency fee will be a 10% reduction of the state maximum rate or the attorney’s usual rate, whichever is lower.

About Our Attorneys

Attorneys in our network average 19.4 years of experience and all have BV or better rating if listed in the Martindale-Hubbell. They have all provided a certificate of liability insurance, whether their state requires it or not. It is required that they be in good standing with their respective state bar association, have a law office in their respective state and carry a “Courtesy Rating” of “B” or higher. Courtesy ratings as well as background checks are done every three months.

As a Good Life Network Member, all of your credit cards and important documents can be registered at one time and in one place. This benefit is applicable to all cards issued to you, your spouse, and dependent children up to 25 years of age. Your information is maintained in a strictly confidential manner. To take advantage of this service, you must register your credit cards and documents with our registration service.

If any of your registered credit cards are lost or stolen you simply dial a toll-free number, which is available from anywhere in the U.S., 24 hours a day, seven days a week excluding holidays. The service representative will request your Good Life Network membership information plus your confidential "CODE INFORMATION" to verify your identity. The cards will be reported and new cards will be requested. If any notifications cannot be made by telephone, we will promptly direct a notification by facsimile to the appropriate registered card issuers who have a published facsimile number, or by overnight communication to the appropriate registered card issuers who have provided us with their overnight address, by no later than twenty-four (24) hours form our receipt of your request.

If any registered document, license, passport, visa, etc. is lost or stolen, dial the toll-free number to retrieve the name of the document issuer and the document number. When filling out the registration form, please verify that you have included the unique document identification number for each document listed. Registration service benefits will begin as soon as we receive your registration form.

Did you ever see those heartbreaking signs on trees and signposts “Missing Dog or Cat” well at The Good Life Network we wanted to help alleviate this problem. Along with your membership you will be issued a FREE Pet Tag for each pet in your household, this will identify them as a Good Life Network Member. When someone finds your pet, all they have to do is call the toll-free number listed on our tag at any hour, day or night, and we will make the arrangements to reunite you with your pets. When you register we like to get at least 3 names and numbers, maybe a neighbor or relative in case you are unreachable when we locate your pet. Our service has reunited thousands of pets with their owners so this can be a real lifesaver if these stressful situations!

You can register as many animals as you like as long as they are personal pets residing in your household and you are not operating an animal related business.
