As a Good Life Network Member, all of your credit cards and important documents can be registered at one time and in one place. This benefit is applicable to all cards issued to you, your spouse, and dependent children up to 25 years of age. Your information is maintained in a strictly confidential manner. To take advantage of this service, you must register your credit cards and documents with our registration service.
If any of your registered credit cards are lost or stolen you simply dial a toll-free number, which is available from anywhere in the U.S., 24 hours a day, seven days a week excluding holidays. The service representative will request your Good Life Network membership information plus your confidential "CODE INFORMATION" to verify your identity. The cards will be reported and new cards will be requested. If any notifications cannot be made by telephone, we will promptly direct a notification by facsimile to the appropriate registered card issuers who have a published facsimile number, or by overnight communication to the appropriate registered card issuers who have provided us with their overnight address, by no later than twenty-four (24) hours form our receipt of your request.
If any registered document, license, passport, visa, etc. is lost or stolen, dial the toll-free number to retrieve the name of the document issuer and the document number. When filling out the registration form, please verify that you have included the unique document identification number for each document listed. Registration service benefits will begin as soon as we receive your registration form.
