1. Simply click on the photograph below to find a JoS A Bank location close to you. Visit the store in person and present your Good Life Network Membership card. The clerk will issue you your personalized JoS A Bank Corporate Card with your personal membership number on the spot. You will be able to start saving immediately.

2. Call JoS A Bank corporate card division directly on 800-285-BANK and they will issue your card over the phone. The physical card will take approximately 14 days to arrive at your address but they will present you with your new membership number over the phone. Within 24 hours you will be able to use your membership discounts for online savings.

Should your specific matter go beyond our free and discounted services our Family Legal Club attorneys have contracted to never charge more than our amazingly low $75.00 hourly rate for legal care. No competitor in the nation can make this claim or match us. This is where the real savings take place. After the free letters, calls and consultations, members and their attorneys will have to decide what course of action to take next. In most cases members hopefully will be able to have their matters handled without needing further assistance but in some instances a member may require further assistance or perhaps even legal action may ensue. This is the point in time that the attorneys charge the $75.00 hourly rate for legal care.

Discount on Contingency Based Cases

If you should require an attorney to represent you in a contingency matter, the contingency fee will be a 10% reduction of the state maximum rate or the attorney’s usual rate, whichever is lower.

Matters involving disputes or actions between members and Family Legal Plan or its plan sponsors, agents or their officers, directors or employees are specifically excluded from eligibility of this plan.
Membership in our Family Legal Plan includes the member, their spouse, their children 23 or younger and any persons living in the member’s home who may be dependent upon them such as a parent or grandparent.

As a Good Life Network Member, all of your credit cards and important documents can be registered at one time and in one place. This benefit is applicable to all cards issued to you, your spouse, and dependent children up to 25 years of age. Your information is maintained in a strictly confidential manner. To take advantage of this service, you must register your credit cards and documents with our registration service.

If any of your registered credit cards are lost or stolen you simply dial a toll-free number, which is available from anywhere in the U.S., 24 hours a day, seven days a week excluding holidays. The service representative will request your Good Life Network membership information plus your confidential "CODE INFORMATION" to verify your identity. The cards will be reported and new cards will be requested. If any notifications cannot be made by telephone, we will promptly direct a notification by facsimile to the appropriate registered card issuers who have a published facsimile number, or by overnight communication to the appropriate registered card issuers who have provided us with their overnight address, by no later than twenty-four (24) hours form our receipt of your request.

If any registered document, license, passport, visa, etc. is lost or stolen, dial the toll-free number to retrieve the name of the document issuer and the document number. When filling out the registration form, please verify that you have included the unique document identification number for each document listed. Registration service benefits will begin as soon as we receive your registration form.

A few of our restaurants have specific times or days when the certificates can be used, if so, this will be displayed in red very clearly on the restaurant listing.

The American Veterinarian Association stated that the average household spends $1300.00 per year on pet expenses. We have found a way to assist our members with these costs.

We are now happy to offer a complete pet care program. As everybody knows, pet care can be very expensive and we are dedicated to help keep your costs down. As a Good Life Network Member you will save 25% every time you visit one of our 2500 veterinarian clinics throughout the country.

24 / 7 Pet Location Service

Did you ever see those heartbreaking signs on trees and signposts “Missing Dog or Cat” well at The Good Life Network we wanted to help alleviate this problem. Along with your membership you will be issued a FREE Pet Tag for each pet in your household, this will identify them as a Good Life Network Member. When someone finds your pet, all they have to do is call the toll-free number listed on our tag at any hour, day or night, and we will make the arrangements to reunite you with your pets. When you register we like to get at least 3 names and numbers, maybe a neighbor or relative in case you are unreachable when we locate your pet. Our service has reunited thousands of pets with their owners so this can be a real lifesaver if these stressful situations!

HOW DO I ACCESS THIS BENEFIT?

First you will need to register your pets with us. Click HERE to go to our registration form. Once this is filled out, press send and it will automatically be submitted to Pet Assure. You can register as many animals as you like as long as they are personal pets residing in your household and you are not operating an animal related business.

Once you’ve registered your pets you will receive a Pet Assure Card and your FREE pet tags in the mail within 10 days. Then you simply click on the veterinarian below and click the blue Search For Providers Now link to find a participating vet near you. Your Good Life Network Membership automatically comes with the Pet Assure Full Family Plan, which will cover all the pets in your family as long as they are currently residing under your roof. WHATS THE CATCH?

You can register any number of pets per household as long as they are personal pets and you are not operating a pet or animal related business.
The Pet Savings program does not have as many providers as most of our other benefits. If you don’t find a participating provider close to you we would love you to recommend your personal veterinarian so we can discuss adding them to our network.
You must register your pet with us in order for him or her to be eligible for the program.
